Building Coaching Excellence

Connecting students across Ukraine with practical knowledge in the coaching profession

Professional coaching session environment

What shapes our teaching

Coaching isn't learned from textbooks alone. It requires structured practice, honest feedback, and understanding how people actually change behavior.

Our platform emerged from a straightforward observation: geography shouldn't determine access to quality coaching education. Students in smaller cities deserve the same learning opportunities as those in major centers.

We focus on tangible skills over abstract theory. Each module builds on practical scenarios coaches encounter daily—difficult conversations, goal clarification, accountability structures.

When we started

Founded to bridge the gap between coaching demand and accessible education across Ukrainian regions.

How we structure learning

Sequential mastery

Content unfolds in deliberate order. You can't skip ahead because each concept depends on the previous one. This prevents knowledge gaps that undermine coaching effectiveness later.

Live interaction opportunities

Regular sessions where instructors demonstrate techniques and answer specific questions. These aren't recorded lectures—they're active workshops where you practice and receive immediate correction.

Real scenario analysis

Case studies drawn from actual coaching situations—not hypothetical examples. You analyze what worked, what failed, and why certain approaches produced specific outcomes.

Peer review system

Your practice sessions are reviewed by both instructors and fellow students. Multiple perspectives reveal blind spots and reinforce what you're doing well.

Who guides the learning

Hanna Volovik

Lead Instructor, Coaching Foundations

Hanna developed coaching programs for corporate clients before transitioning to education. Her approach prioritizes clarity over complexity—breaking down abstract coaching concepts into observable behaviors students can practice and measure.

She believes the best indicator of learning is whether students can explain a concept to someone else in simple language. Her sessions emphasize demonstration over lecture, with frequent pauses for questions and immediate application.

Students appreciate her direct feedback style. She identifies exactly what needs improvement without generic encouragement, which accelerates skill development considerably.
